About me
I’ve cooked in professional kitchens across London and Cornwall for the last five years, including 40 Maltby Street, Brawn, Elsa (FKA July), Fitzroy, and North Street Kitchen. I trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland.
I studied Holistic Nutrition and Health Coaching at the Academy of Healing Nutrition.
Using whole foods and TCM principles, my work is focused on nourishing the body and supporting its own restorative and regenerative powers. I believe there is a real need for nourishing and gentle support in Postpartum, and want to work to empower women to feel good during this hugely transformational time.
